Groundbreaking Career:
- Began officiating high school basketball in 2002 as a single mother in Long Beach, CA.
- Progressed to small college women’s basketball and later to Division I women’s basketball.
- Spent three years officiating in the NBA G League (formerly D League).
- In 2018, Crystal made history as the first woman to be hired full-time to officiate men’s Division I college basketball, earning her national recognition as a trailblazer in the sport.
